How a Sauce Became a Legend

Thirty years ago, an immigrant couple from Afghanistan came to America, and they brought the best of their culture with them: their recipes. So they opened a restaurant. Curiosity and word of mouth is what brought people through their front door, but it was that delicious white sauce that drove customers to return over and over again. That immigrant couple’s kids saw how taken the customers were with that zesty white sauce. People would put it on fries, salads, meats ... everything! The kids decided to bottle their family’s delicious white sauce. It was dubbed Spin Sauce, based on the Pashto word spin, meaning white. And they can’t wait until everyone in the world can enjoy its unique, zesty flavor.
